GITBI is a platform designed for the management, storage, version control, and collaboration of Power BI reports, projects, and files, as well as other compatible technologies that may be incorporated in the future.

4. Registration and User Accounts

Access to certain features of the Service requires the creation of a user account.

During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Users agree to:

Git is a registered trademark of its respective owners. References to Git within the Service are made solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility with the underlying technology. GITBI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by the owners of the Git trademark.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
• The absence of errors or defects.
• Compatibility with any specific hardware, software, or configuration.
• That the Service will meet the user's particular requirements or expectations.
